BENEFITS CARD at the Sunnwies

All guests receive a free South Tyrol Guest Pass for all public transport in South Tyrol and for travel on five cable cars.
Guests who arrive WITHOUT a car by public transport (bus/train/plane) will also receive a free one-time admission (2 persons) to the Gardens of Trauttmannsdorff Castle.
This offer is valid from March 14, to November 7, 2026.

From April to May, Schenna offers a varied programme of events and festivals focusing on enjoyment and cuisine, nature and culture as part of the ‘Schenna in Bloom’ series of events.
Spring is the perfect time to enjoy the sun and fresh air and experience the diversity of Schenna's event scene.

Spring delights for the eyes, the palate and the spirit
When spring arrives in Schenna, winter is not long gone. In fact, it is still around a little, at least on the mountain peaks, where the snow still lies. Down in the valley, however, everything is already green and blooming in the most beautiful colours. It is a wonderful time for nature lovers, connoisseurs and active people. Ideal for recharging your batteries among sprouting flower beds and babbling irrigation channels. For undertaking the first leisurely hikes of the year – on foot, by mountain bike or e-bike. The ‘Schenna in Bloom’ series of events brings colourful variety to kitchens, cellars and castles. Musically, for example, in the form of open-air concerts or lively matinees, sensually with wine tastings and four-course murder mystery dinners, or artistically and culturally with barn readings or evening tours of the castle.
